Kitesurfing and rings, how does that go together? It all depends on the mood!
So, there is a connection between kite and rings, then? “Um, no. Not really.” You may say. However… having cast off their sporting vestments, our wicked cool riders can’t wait to slip into a little something unique and stylish that simply wouldn’t be complete without a mood ring. mood has, in effect, cornered a very particular niche with its simple, sporty, colour pop jewellery lines.
At barely 20 years old, the sport of kitesurf is just a big kid still in search of its identity. And that’s why mood jewellery, with its central motifs interchangeable according to whim, fits in so well with these young fleet-footed athletes.
Start talking about kitesurf and a few names instantly spring to mind. Jérémie Eloy is one of them. If we take a look at the career of this native of the great French North, wi
th not the slightest expanse of water for miles, frankly no-one could have predicted such a future. Nevertheless, his untrammelled, all-consuming passion for the sport propelled Jérémie, in just a few years, to the status of internationally renowned sportsman. Whether it’s freestyle or taming the waves, Jérémie turns everything he touches into a fine and noble art.
But the cherry on this particularly tasty cake is the supreme modesty of the boy. Commanding nothing short of adulation and respect among his spectators, Jérémie has succeeded in winning many a heart.
What could be more normal, therefore, than for mood to offer Jérémie the chance to create his own ring design? A few months later, the jewel in question was born:
Designed by his brother, Clément Eloy, Jérémie’s pro style motif is of Polynesian inspiration. It makes perfect sense, you might say, to have a protective Tiki at its heart to ward off evil and bring luck to its hardy riders. The coolest add-on for any champion is available in neutral or with a white engraving.
The ring will undeniably appeal to nature lovers and extreme sports fans, but it will also suit the modern and natural style of a rider of the 3rd millennium.
